Website Service

Get a professionally designed website for a one-time $300 setup fee, then $50 per month to keep your website active, hosted, managed, and maintained.

Your website remains active while your monthly website service is maintained. The $300 is the initial setup and design fee; the $50 per month is the ongoing website service.

Monthly update time is intended for minor content changes such as updating text, photos, business information, hours, contact information, or similar small adjustments.

What The Monthly Service Does Not Include

Major redesigns, new pages, new features, advanced functionality, e-commerce additions, large content changes, or work exceeding the included monthly update allowance may require an additional quote. Unused monthly update time does not roll over to future months.

The $300 setup offer applies to standard small-business websites. Projects such as e-commerce or online stores, advanced booking systems, membership websites, large multi-page websites, custom databases, advanced integrations, custom web applications, or significant custom functionality are individually quoted.

Cancellation

You can cancel your $50 monthly website service at any time with no penalty and no minimum commitment. Your website stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, the website service is discontinued and the website is taken offline.

Domains And Third-Party Costs

Domains purchased and owned directly by the client remain the client's property. Domain registration and other third-party costs are identified separately and are not included in the website service.

Printing

Design service only. Printing costs are separate unless specifically included in the customer's quote.

Revisions And Approval

Design projects include the number of revision rounds stated on the service page or in your quote. Additional revisions beyond that, or changes to the agreed scope, may require an additional quote.

Once you approve a design, that approval is treated as final for the delivered files.

What You Provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide, including business information, prices, service details, text, photos, and logos, and for having the right to use anything you send us.

Design Ownership

Completed design files delivered to you are yours to use for your business once your project has been paid for in full. We may show finished work as examples of our design services.
